The room included tea and coffee facilities. A work desk was available, which aided my productivity. I found the room quiet during the night, a significant advantage. The staff ensured my stay was comfortable.

I experienced a delay receiving water, it took three hours to be delivered to my room after I requested it one morning. I had to follow up with the receptionist multiple times.

i found the staff helpful and quick to address my requests. the location was central, providing easy access to nearby restaurants. my room was comfortable and i appreciated the prompt service for extra amenities. i was also allowed to leave my baggage after checkout, a great convenience.

the parking system required me to leave my car key with valet, and i noticed my car being moved around in the paid parking area.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. This was quite unpleasant. I requested a room change. I was told none were available. towels were absent upon arrival. Multiple requests to staff were needed before they brought towels.
